The shipments will be carried out with couriers defined from SpaccioSAX.it. All the items are well packed to avoid damages during the shipment.

Delivery times

Destination ITALY: 3 work days from the successive day to the order.

Destination EUROPE: 5 work days from the successive day to the order.

Destination REST OF THE WORLD: 10 work days from the successive day to the order.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO COMMUNICATE, WITHIN THE SUCCESSIVE WORK DAY TO THE ORDER, EVENTUAL DELAYS IN THE DELIVERY DUE TO STOCK MANAGEMENT.

RETURNS

You can return the good to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received the item and we will issue a refund for the price you paid for the item, less a 40% restocking fee.

We cannot exchange goods. We do not accept returns of any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery. You will be responsible for those charges and the costs of any other services provided. Please package the relevant item securely and well covered and send it within seven days of the date that the item was delivered to you. On the invoice and on the air waybill write maximum value US$ 5, make sure to declare the item as "RESO MERCE AL NEGOZIANTE" (Returned item to merchant) or we have to charge you for any duties incurred by Italian Customs. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. We cannot refund any priority courier component of the shipping charge. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error. Please open the package as soon as arrives and check it. In case of damage tell immediately to the courier.

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 10 to 14 business days of our receiving your return.
